COVID-19 deaths in Iowa rise to 1,462; positive cases at 99,941

DES MOINES, Iowa — Data from the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) indicate total COVID-19 deaths statewide in Iowa stood at 1,462 at about 10 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11. In Dallas County, 40 deaths have been reported.

The total for positive cases statewide stands at 99,941, including 3,111 in Dallas County.
