DES MOINES, Iowa — Data from the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) indicate total COVID-19 deaths statewide in Iowa stood at 533 at about noon Sunday, May 31. In Dallas County, 20 deaths have been reported.
The total for positive cases statewide stands at 19,529, including 901 in Dallas County.
Of Iowa’s population of 3.1 million people, 156,460 have been tested, about 5% of the total population.
