Crisis Intervention and Advocacy works 365 days a year to support victims, both female and male, of domestic abuse and sexual assault and to prevent homelessness. On three of those days, Crisis Intervention holds its annual garage sale to help finance its services.

The garage sale this year is June 8-10. Shoppers can find bargains on baby and children’s items, furniture and household articles and many other goods.

All proceeds help to support the work of Crisis Intervention and Advocacy. The schedule is:

  • Thursday, June 8, 1-7 p.m.
  • Friday, June 9, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 10, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Donation are also welcome, particularly gently used housewares, furniture, appliances and children and baby items. Contact Megan at 515-993-4095 to drop off donations or to arrange for a volunteer to pick up them up. All donations are tax deductible.
