A dog napper has been reported in Dallas Count, according to AHeinz57 Pet Rescue and Transport of De Soto.
“All residents should be on alert and bring your dogs inside,” AHeinz57 posted on Facebook about 11:30 a.m. “Today in De Soto, a tall, white man with dark hair and a dark beard went right inside a residence fenced yard and took her dog right in front of her. She chased him to the van that he was driving. It is a white construction-type van with no windows. The van may be heading toward Adel.”
