- Michelle Nicole Sikes, 40, of 9005 Bridgewood Blvd., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for controlled substance violation, possession of false drug tax stamp, failure to affix drug stamp, child endangerment and violation of a no-contact order.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
