April 11, 2025
- Christopher Vasquez, 30, of 3207 Bowdoin St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Pablo Rodriguez of Panora was traveling in the 34000 block of Old Highway 6 when his vehicle entered the ditch. N injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
- Bret Alexander of Fort Dodge was traveling in the 17000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Erick Salazar of Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage to Salazar’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000, and damage to Alexander’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000. Alexander was issued a citation for unsafe passing.
April 12, 2025
- Kaela Schultz, 23, of 779 Ashby Dr., Waukee, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.
- Loren Cramblit, 47, of 608 11th St., West Des Moines, was arrested for driving while suspended.
- Kimberly Dotson of Urbandale was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 at O Avenue when her vehicle left the roadway, entered the ditch and struck a light pole. Dotson was transported by Dallas County EMS.
- Makayla Hicks of Van Meter was traveling in the 22000 block of 360th Street when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
April 13, 2025
- Robert McCartney, 41, of 912 S.E. 10th Lane, Grimes, was arrested for OWI.
- Zanabu Sheriff, 26, of 9642 Heightsview Dr., West Des Moines, was arrested for OWI and possession of a controlled substance and issued a citation for speeding and no valid license.
- Kasondra Bundy, 37, of 12814 Havana Road, Garfield Heights, Ohio, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Tyler Bandy of Adel was traveling on Old Highway 6 at G Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
