- Zachary Michael Anderson Wailes, 24, of 106 Second St., Bayard, was arrested in the 15000 block of 210th Street for driving while barred-habitual offender and driving while suspended.
- Raymond Leo Steadman Jr., 48, of 6004 Tonka Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of arson.
- Robert Allen Cortum, 42, of 22620 Northfield Road, Mediapolis, was cited and released at Maple Street and Guthrie Street in De Soto for driving under suspension, no proof of insurance and vehicle registration violation.
