- Ryan M. Krebs, 42, of 1304 Fourth St. N.W., Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-offense OWI.
- Jackie S. Chimbay, 23, of 1770 92nd St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
