- Dakota Graham, 27, of 4915 Pleasant St., West Des Moines, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for speeding.
- Autumn Stout, 21, of 1200 Ash St., Dallas Center, was arrested for assault on persons in certain occupations, driving while barred and interference with official acts.
