- William Oliver Hickey III, 36, of 1004 Euclid Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of theft.
- Anthony James Johnson Parnell, 20, of 1306 11th St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of OWI.

- Curtis William Milburn, 48, of 8935 Copper Dr., West Des Moines, was arrested in the 22000 block of Midland Trail for OWI and stopped on traveled part of an unpaved highway.
