- Shaun Patrick Phelan, 37, of 4851 First Ave., S.W., Cedar Rapids, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of a controlled substance and failure to affix drug stamp.
- Lakeisha Monet Bailey, 21, of 1540 Fifth Ave., S.E., Cedar Rapids, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of theft.
- Randy Gene Meis, 48, of 511 E. First St., Huxley, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a no contact order.
- Alicia Marie Crawford, 22, of 2436 180th Trail, Guthrie Center, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
