- Ruth Dwinell of Redfield was traveling east on Thomas Street when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Joshua Stanley of Redfield. No injuries were reported. Damage to Stanley’s vehicle was estimated at $500, and damage to Drinnel’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000. Stanley was issued a citation for failure to stop at a stop sign.
- Sophia Preston of Ames was traveling near the intersection of State and Marshall streets in Dexter when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Connie Thompson of Adel. No injuries were reported. Damage to Thompson’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to Preston’s vehicle was estimated at $1,500.
- Kevin William Johnson, 28, of 320 Walnut St., De Soto, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on original charges of controlled substance violation and carrying weapons.
