- Michael Daniel Orellana, 25, of 500 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while barred.
- Brandon John Meleney, 31, of 2455 S.W. Seventh St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and failure to pay fine, surcharge, costs, etc.
