- Neil Munroe of West Des Moines was traveling north on Second Street in Redfield when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Kylee Yates of Redfield. Yates stopped at the stop sign on First Street and turned left onto Second Street, colliding with Munroe’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to Yates’ vehicle was estimated at $8,000, and damage to Munroe’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Yates was issued a citation for failure to obey stop sign.
