- Kyle Redmond, 24, of 509 N.E. Fifth St., Grimes, was arrested for driving while barred.
Aug. 14, 2021
- Jesus Blanco-Nava, 42, of 1715 E. Walnut St., Des Moines, was arrested for OWI.
- William Neal of Palmdale, California, was entering U.S. Interstate 80 at Grand Prairie Parkway when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Alex Marcure of Fulton, Illinois. A passenger in Marcure’s vehicle was examined by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Neal’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000, and damage to Marcure’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
Aug. 16, 2021
- Reymi Hinde, 31, of 580 N.E. Bowman Dr., Waukee, was arrested for OWI.
- Jorge Barbosa Moreno of Des Moines was traveling in the 28000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,500.
