- Pedro Jesus Lopez-Sanchez, 29, of 611 Sixth Ave., Des Moines, was arrested for OWI and issued citations for no valid driver’s license, failure to maintain control and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

- Samantha Whitney, 33, of 3130 E. Eighth St., Joplin, Missouri, was arrested on multiple warrants.
