- Lily May Marcelis, 28, of 200 Prairie St., Bayard, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for initial appearance on an original charge of theft.
- James Nganga Gachii, 28, of 3606 43rd St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for burglary.
- Christina Lynn Owens, 33, of 2233 34th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
