December 9, 2016

  • Alec Scott Frazier, 18, of 170 Evergreen Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for theft.

December 10, 2016

  • William Dale Green, 60, of 1313 S. 14th St., Adel, was arrested at 507 3rd St. in Redfield for assault.
  • Douglas Sturtz of Urbandale was traveling south on Guthrie Street in De Soto when a vehicle driven by Kert Rector of De Soto, traveling on Walnut Street, slid as it approached the intersection of Guthrie and Walnut streets, and the two vehicles collided. No injuries were reported. Damage to Sturtz’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000, and damage to Rector’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000.
  • Tyler Trout of Mason City was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near Granger when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a sign. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
  • Enrique Guzman-Conzalez of Perry was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle started to fish tail and struck the trailer of a semi-tractor that was passing him, driven by John Origer of West Bend. No injuries were reported. Damage to the trailer Origer was pulling was estimated at $5,000, and damage to Guzman-Gonzalez’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000.

December 11, 2016

  • Samuel Patrick Norris, 34, of 825 Brown St., Dexter, was arrested in the 35000 block of N Avenue for driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.
  • Austin Craig Rice, 19, of 355 S.E. Sycamore Ave., Earlham, was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
