- Ronnie Neal, 39, of 809 S. Seventh Ave., Marshalltown, was arrested near the 114 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for theft.
- Jerry Hoy of Grimes was traveling in the 22000 block of W Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
- Edwin Alexander Escalante, 33, of 1007 Dewey Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for initial appearance on an original charge of driving while license under suspension.
