- Scotty Lee Hays, 28, of 1209 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of domestic abuse assault.
- Yolanda Henderson, 27, of 5421 Covington Highway, Decatur, Ga., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of unauthorized use of credit card.
- Samuel Melbern Steward, 52, of 2185 N.W. 159th St., Clive, was arrested on a warrant for election misconduct.
- Jeffrey Alan Lee, 31, of 3011 E. Shawnee Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
- Cody Allen Laird, 36, of 528 Third St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
December 28, 2018
- Sean Enochs of St. John, Ind., was traveling near the 108 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when he lost traction on the snow-covered roadway, and his vehicle struck the cable barrier. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated $4,500. There was no damage to the cable barrier.
