- Matthew Burris, 39, of 580 S.E. Legacy Pointe Blvd., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court-violation of a no-contact order.
- Kimberly Ann Mustang, 38, of 2605 S.E. Fifth St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
December 6, 2017
- Elena Ciriaco of Perry was traveling in the 28000 block of N Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,500.
