- Ashten Medina, 36, of 16507 280th St., Redfield, was arrested for first-degree harassment and interference with official acts and issued a citation for speeding and no valid driver’s license.
- Victor Falla Mendoza f Clive was traveling on Iowa Highway 44 at K Avenue when a vehicle, driven by Carl Allbee of Grand Junction, ran a stop sign and collided with Mendoza’s vehicle. Allbee was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Allbee’s vehicle was estimated at $55,000, and damage to Mendoza’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Allbee was issued a citation for failure to obey a stop sign. Mendoza was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license.

- Ellen French, 58, of 2511 Fillmore St. N.E., Minneapolis, Minnesota, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a citation for improper rear lamps.
