  • Rhonda Evans of Earlham was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 105 mile marker when she slowed due to an accident, and her vehicle was struck from the rear by a vehicle, driven by Dennis McKinley of Foley, Alabama. No injuries were reported. Damage to Evans’ vehicle was estimated at $1,000, and damage to McKinley’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
  • Allison Snyder of Adel was traveling westbound on 280th Street near K Avenue when a white truck, driven by an unknown person, pulled out from a stop sign in front of Snyder’s vehicle and causing it to collide with the white truck. The white truck spun around and left the scene, traveling westbound on 280th Street. No injuries were reported. Damage to Snyder’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
  • A juvenile operating a motor vehicle was traveling eastbound on U.S. Interstate 80 when the vehicle slid on the snowy road and struck a cable barrier. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,000.
  • Phillip Munoa of Holland, Michigan, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 105 mile marker when his vehicle struck the cable barriers in the median. No injuries were reported. Damage to Munoa’s vehicle was estimated at $6,000, and there was damage to six cable barrier posts.
