  • A bank employee reported a female driver who was “trying to cash a large check” was “acting strange.” The employee said two males were in the backseat of the vehicle, one of whom was “holding the headrest.” The bank employee “asked the female who was acting strange to go inside to complete the transaction, and she refused and left.” The employee said the “female appears in distress.” A deputy sheriff responded, “spoke with the female, who was fine,” and identified the males.
  • Dallas County deputy sheriffs tried to arrest a subject on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of domestic assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury, first-offense domestic assault-display or use of weapon, first-offense domestic assault injury, assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and third-degree criminal mischief. The subject was “not home at this time.”

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
