January 23, 2021
- Richard Anderson of Earlham was traveling in the 20500 block of 358th Place when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
January 29, 2021
- Amanda L. Gerlach, 31, of 5225 Merced St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of trespass.
- Austin J. Hill, 33, of 210 80th St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license denied or revoked.
- Sarah Finestead, 60, of 555 Third St., Minburn, was arrested for third-offense OWI.
January 30, 2021
- Trishay M. Thompson, 23, of 1411 Oak Park Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of assault causing bodily injury.
January 31, 2021
- Chelsea Bolinger of Grimes was traveling south on J Avenue when she lost control of her vehicle on ice, ad the vehicle entered the ditch and struck a tree. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
- Miranda Mortenson of Waukee was traveling south in the 19000 block of T Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,000.
