Katie Anderson of Hillsboro, North Dakota, called to report a hit-and-run accident involving her vehicle that was parked along the shoulder in the 33000 block of 335th Street. Anderson said she believes it was struck while it was parked and unoccupied. Damages to the vehicle were estimated at $1,200.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
