- Nicolas Shane Hughes, 23, of 123 S. Fifth St., Winterset, was arrested at 700 Ashworth Road for driving while barred.
- Zachary Allen Armstrong, 30, of 808 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and failure to appear on original charges of OWI, assault on persons in certain occupations and public intoxication.
- Matthew James Kilts, 35, of 2014 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment and criminal mischief.
