- Patricia Janine Palmer, 40, of 3831 Ingersoll Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
January 31, 2020
- Abbigail Govig of Perry was traveling near the intersection of Iowa Highway 141 and Iowa Highway 210 when an unknown vehicle passed her and began to merge into her lane. Govig veered to the right and lost control of her vehicle. Govig was examined at the scene by the Dallas County EMS and then transported to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,500, and damage to guardrail and posts was estimated at $1,000.
