Jan. 5, 2025
- Conner Teply of Des Moines was traveling in Dallas Center when his vehicle struck a legally parked vehicle, owned by Bret Bensley of Dallas Center. No injuries were reported. Damage to Bensley’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000, and damage to Teply’s vehicle was estimated at $2,500. Teply was issued a citation for no insurance.
Jan. 7, 2025
- Todd Ofelt, 60, of 315 Second Ave., Van Meter, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Jeffrey Hall Sr., 44, of unknown address was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft and probation violation.
Jan. 8, 2025
- Brady Paullin, 50, of 682 S.E. Williams Court, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Jose Ayala Sanchez, 30, of 1120 11th St., Perry, was arrested for driving while revoked.
