- R. D. Nicolaisen, 30, of 12842 Houston Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Ryan Cumming, 47, of 1541 Dean Ave., Des Moines, was arrested for driving while barred. and issued a citation for failure to provide proof of financial liability and open container.
