- Dannell Benning of Grimes was traveling in the 34000 block of N Avenue when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Seth Duroe of Cedar Falls. No injuries were reported. Damage to Benning’s car was estimated at $1,000, and damage to Duroe’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000. Duroe was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
- Alexander Hart, 22, of 8925 Cascade Ave., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of domestic abuse assault.
- Jonathan Cheely, 45, of 4315 153rd St., Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
- John Moyle, 41, of 1614 Thomas St., Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for interference with official acts and false report to public entity.
