- Todd Weber, 56, pf 1335 Fremont St., Des Moines, was arrested for public intoxication.
- Donald Greenwood, 76, of 17656 H Ave., Perry, was arrested for second-offense OWI and possession or carrying of dangerous weapons while intoxicated.
July 6, 2024
- Ryan Haugen, 40, of 35598 Walnut St., Booneville, was arrested for harassment of public official or employee, interference with official acts, public intoxication and assault on persons in certain occupations.
- Ashley Parkins, 24, of 1255 Locust St., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended.
- Joshua Devilbiss of Perry was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near State Street in Granger when his vehicle broke down and was struck from the rear by a vehicle, driven by Alizabeth Holmes of Johnston. No injuries were reported. Damage to Devilbiss’ vehicle was estimated at $1,500, and damage to Holmes’ vehicle was estimated at $500.
- Isabel Tojin Vasquez of Clive was traveling in the 1200 block of Sugar Grove Avenue in Dallas Center when her vehicle struck a gasoline pump. No injuries were reported. Damage to Vasquez’s vehicle was estimated at $1,500, and damage to the pump was estimated at $3,000.
- Jeffrey Frank of Elkhart, Indiana, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 113 mile marker when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
July 7, 2024
- Lacey Ray, 40, of 808 S.E. Polk St., Grimes, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.
- Walter Bell, 50, of 28925 360th St., Booneville, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.
- Ismael Gomez Vazquez of Roseville, Minnesota, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 103 mile marker when his vehicle struck the cable barriers. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Vazquez was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license and failure to maintain control.
- Caleb Kroll of Iowa City was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 110 mile marker when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Malina Carper of Des Moines. No injuries were reported. Damage to Kroll’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000, and damage to Carper’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Carper was issued a citation for driving in improper lane.
July 8, 2024
- Julian Segovia, 21, of 250 E. Kenyon Ave., Des Moines, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Anna Burdess, 20, of 56288 140th Lane, Story City, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
