- Jesse Robert Kniffin, 33, of 400 E. Madison St., Jefferson, was traveling in the 22000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when he lost control and hit the side of the bridge, rolling his vehicle. Kniffin was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines by MercyOne Air Ambulance. Kniffin was issued a citation for no insurance and operation without registration.
