- Ryan Duffy, 33, of 1144 S.E. Mapleleaf Ave., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on the original charge of second-offense domestic abuse assault.
- Dillon W. Lester of 5012 S.W. Eighth St., Des Moines, was traveling southbound on K Avenue and attempting to turn eastbound on Old Highway 6 when his vehicle collided with a vehicle traveling westbound on Old Highway 6 and driven by Baerbel Markus of 8217 Maple Court, Dexter. After colliding with Markus’ vehicle, Lester’s vehicle struck a vehicle traveling eastbound on Old Highway 6 driven by Timothy J. Andrews of 19025 Jewell Place, Perry. The driver and passenger in Lester’s vehicle were transported to the hospital. Markus had minor injuries but refused medical treatment. Andrews did not sustain any injuries. The estimated damage to Lester’s vehicle was $6,000. The estimated damage to Markus’ vehicle was $15,000. The estimated damage to Andrews’ vehicle was $5,000. Lester was issued a citation for failure to obey stop sign and yield the right of way.

- Nathan Vincent Nicolino, 34, of 1319 Main St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree burglary.
