- Harold Calhoun, a driver for Schwan’s Home Service, was making a delivery and parked his truck near a driveway where Ross Lunde attempted to back out of the driveway, and Lunde’s vehicle collided with Calhoun’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Schwan’s vehicle was estimated at $300, and damage to Lunde’s vehicle was estimated at $1,500.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
