- Christopher West, 38, of 5345 Ashworth Road, West Des Moines, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Tabetha Yager, 39, of 804 North St., Coon Rapids, was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- James Cortese, 41, of 1043 Opal Way, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree sexual abuse.
