- Tyler Flesher, 26, of 1570 28th Ave. S.W,. Altoona, was arrested for driving while barred and issued a citation for operation without registration card or plate and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
March 11, 2021
- Kirsten L. Palmer, 27, of 7266 Office Plaza Dr., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on original charges of unauthorized use of credit card, fourth-degree theft and fifth-degree theft.
- Christopher E. Marble, 33, of 2259 Grand Ave., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Todd R. Guisinger, 45, of Stuart was arrested on a warrant for driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked.
