- Ross Bretsch, 56, of 1009 S.W. Des Moines Lane, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for seven counts of third-degree sexual abuse.
- Walter Bell, 51, of 28925 360th St., Booneville, was arrested on a warrant for domestic abuse assault, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of violation of a no-contact order and for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was issued a citation for driving while suspended.
- Ricky Cochran, 30, of 4210 Eden Lane, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief and harassment.
- Carlos Aroca Figueroa, 38, of 416 Pleasant View Dr., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Melissa Chew of Dallas Center was backing out of a parking space at the Dallas Center Middle School when her vehicle struck a legally parked vehicle, owned by Jaycie Gernsey of Waukee. No injuries were reported. Damage to Chew’s vehicle was estimated at $500, and damage to Gernsey’s vehicle was estimated at $1,500.
- Mark Hachmeister, 65, of 301 Park St., Coon Rapids, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and was issued a citation for speeding.
