- Lenny E. De Jesus Torres, 28, of 812 Madison Ave., Des Moines, was arrested for second-offense OWI.
- Samantha J. Fink, 26, of 4120 N.E. 43rd Court, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge first-degree theft.
