- Kenneth Walker of Janesville, Wis., was traveling west on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 101 mile marker when he came upon a vehicle with its brake lights on, swerved to attempt to avoid it but collided with the vehicle driven by Alisha Elrod of Casper, Wyo. No injuries were reported. Damage to Walker’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000, and damage to Elrod’s vehicle was estimated at $4,500. Elrod was issued a citation for failure to maintain speed and failure to provide proof of insurance.

- Clifford Butterfield of 609 Carol Lane in Minburn reported vandalism to vehicles parked in the driveway of the residence.
