- Malipo Sumaili, 30, of 2400 Hickman Road, Des Moines, was arrested in the 33000 block of U.S. Highway 169 for OWI and no valid driver’s license.
- Tyler Delaney of Adel was traveling west near the 111 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $6,000, and damage to the DOT cable posts was estimated at $2,000.
