March 19, 2025
- Christopher Ortiz of Des Moines was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 110 mile marker when his vehicle entered the ditch and overturned. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $40,000.
March 21, 2025
- Cara Ciesielski, 35, of 706 N. Fifth St., Guthrie Center, was arrested for OWI, interference with official acts, assault on persons in certain occupations and unlawful possession of a prescription drug and issued citations for open container and unsafe passing.
March 22, 2025
- Jefferey Cain, 35, of 1107 Maple St., Dallas Center, was arrested for OWI and child endangerment.
March 23, 2025
- Edgar Benedict, 61, of 302 E. Fourth St., Dawson, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.
- Stiven Chicas Barrera, 20, of 2405 N.W. Gabus Dr., Grimes, was arrested for OWI and driving while barred.
