- Jason Richard Spence, 39, of 204 Fifth St., Minburn, was cited and released in the 15000 block of N Avenue for driving while license suspended and improper use of registration.
- Anthony Wayne See, 41, of 1208 Greene St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
- Zachary Allen Armstrong, 31, of 808 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on original charges of harassment and public intoxication.
- Matthew Dean Lair, 36, of 511 29th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
