April 28, 2023
- Russell Sulgrove, 55, of 18973 Old Highway 6, Adel, was arrested for driving while revoked and driving without interlock.
- Berton Dodson, 66, of 911 Madison St., De Soto, was arrested for first-degree harassment.
- Nikki Haukoos of Dolliver was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 at T Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
April 29, 2023
- Ashton McCauley, 25, of 3612 Cuming St., Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Chase Gustafson, 27, of 1404 Greene St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Ben Ramirez, 20, of 2665 Summer Meadows Dr., Perry, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.
- James Avis, 60, of 17383 141 Diagonal, Granger, was cited and released for OWI and use of electronic communication device.
- Paul Tisdale of Lincoln, Nebraska, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 114 mile marker when his vehicle was struck from the rear by a vehicle, driven by Alex Detjens of Waukee. No injuries were reported. Damage to Tisdale’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to Detjens’ vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Detjens was issued a citation for use of electronic communication device, failure to stop in assured clear distance and driving while suspended.
April 30, 2023
- Sabrina Starkey of Mount Pleasant was traveling in the 29000 block of 360th Street when she lost control of the vehicle, which entered the ditch and struck a fence. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,500. Starkey was issued a citation for unsafe passing.
