- Billy Dean Devilbiss Jr., 32, of 1412 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on original charges of driving while barred and license suspended.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
