- Alfons Seirt of Adel was traveling west on Iowa Highway 44 at W Avenue when a vehicle, driven by Cecilia Grabinski of West Des Moines, pulled into the intersection and caused a collision. No injuries were reported. Damage to Seirt’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000, and damage to Grabinski’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000.

- Valerie Pueppka, 43, of 11 E. Philip St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Ian Patterson, 42, of 2116 Washington Ave., Des Moines, was arrested for driving while license denied or revoked and operating without interlock.
- Sherry Jones, 59, of 380 N.E. Cardinal Lane, Waukee, was arrested for OWI.
