- Richard Carl Green, 38, of 2928 Rutland Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on an original charge of OWI.
- Lisa Jones of Madrid was traveling west in the 25000 block of 130th Street when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,000.
- Mark Easley of South Sioux City, Neb., was traveling near the 113 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when his left front tire blew out, sending his truck into the cable barriers. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000, and damage to the cable barriers was estimated at $1,000.

- Sean Jay Bremholm, 52, of 1202 Sunnywood Ave., Council Bluffs, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a commercial vehicle when disqualified.
