- Chad Jones of Johnston was traveling in the 26000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.

- Johnnie Rodriguez, 34, of 1103 Commercial St., Waterloo, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
