May 6, 2025
- Korey Cassady, 25, of 340 N.W. Third St., Earlham, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of first-degree harassment and on=e count of third-degree harassment.
- Isai Hernandez Morales, 29, of 1401 W. Eighth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for interference with official acts, public intoxication and harassment of a public official/employee.
- Aaron Peek, 36, of 3908 S.E. 25th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief and trespass-injury or damage greater than $300.
- Jonathan Corado Melendrez, 28, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for third or subsequent offense domestic abuse assault, domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury and 28 counts of violation of a no-contact order.
May 7, 2025
- Cyril Ngala of Perry was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near V Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
- Justin Harlan, 47, of 223 N. Western St., Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of contempt.
- Yamiah Freemont, 20, of unknown address was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
