- Cupertino Morales Ramos, 22. of 313 Williams St., Council Bluffs, was arrested at the 110 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for OWI, open container and no insurance.
November 9, 2015
- Edgar Camacho, 19, of 2210 E. Grand Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of probation violation, unlawful possession of prescription drug and possession of a controlled substance.
